With all these humiliations, the girl seems not be bothered with his reaction. This is just a rarely seen deformity in humans. According to some scientific sources, this deformity can be considered as a remnant structure in the early life cycle. It’s not a life threatening situation. She can surgically remove it but, for some reason, she decided not to.
