It appears that while most people are hunted and Afraid of ghosts, others think that ghosts can be held accountable just like humans. An attorney thought that it was a prank when he was contacted by his client concerning suing a ghost of his deceased ex-husband. A woman hired an attorney to file a lawsuit against a ghost. According to her, she said that her ex-husband’s ghost has been trespassing into her house.

Besides, she claimed that the ghost is responsible for certain damages in her home and demand for compensation. According to her, she said she had asked the ghost many times to stop coming to her house. The surprising lawyer decides that it’s best to gather evidence to prosecute the ghost. He asked if he can come to the house and gather some evidence. Surprisingly the woman didn’t object.

According to the lawyer, he went to the house the next day and took pictures of damaged properties and waited for hours to see if the ghost will show up. Disappointedly, the ghost didn’t show up. After few days, the woman contacted the lawyer again to inquire about the status of the lawsuit.

The attorney explained that he couldn’t file a lawsuit against a ghost. Still not satisfied, the woman decided to take the matter into her own hands. She said that she posted warning notes on all her doors and windows reminding her ex-husband’s ghost that it’s highly unacceptable. She also threatened to seal him. Apparently, her method worked. She claimed that the ghost never returned.
