No one has a clear understanding of how this Liberian man got himself into trouble. Authorities were notified that a man was seen drinking alcohol from the bottle while walking down the street. According to the police, the man was drinking openly from a Hennessy bottle and when approached by an officer, claimed to be drinking drinks. The curious officer was a little confused and demand for an explanation. Rumor has it that, he told the officer that he could be drinking a Coke or a Pepsi. At the same time, he said he could also be drinking drinks. Things got heated pretty quick. The officer had to call reinforcements. The man was quickly arrested.
